I was blessed enough to have met Dilla at the Logan Square auditorium while he was on tour with Madlib .

He was a very humble dude. It was an honor to have had opportunity to talk with him.

I created this song around this same time last year. I'm in the middle of a couple projects and this song was going to end on one but I was tired of sitting on it so I wanted to drop since the time was perfect for it
